At The Magnetics Show Europe in Amsterdam 3-4th December 2024 Hirst Magnetic Instruments was proud to announce that it won ‘Most innovative product of the show’ for its new 3 axis gaussmeter, the GM09-3. Building on over 40 years of making precision gaussmeters at Hirst, Dr Robin Cornelius was proud to accept the award on behalf of the team. At The Magnetics Show in Pasadena 22&23rd May 2024, Hirst won Most innovative product of the show for the 8th Generation PFM range. Building on 25 years of commercial PFMs at Hirst, Dr Robin Cornelius was proud to accept the award on behalf of the team.
Hirst won a 2020 IOP Business Innovation award for its Pulsed Field Magnetometer development and the Self Demagnetisation Field Function SDFFTM technology.
