Hirst Magnetic Instruments Ltd, is pleased to announce the launch of a new hand held gaussmeter the GM09-3. The product will be launched at The Magnetics Show Europe and demonstrated on the Hirst Magnetics Booth 339.
The GM09-3 features an easy to use touch-screen interface and a built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery. “App” modes ensure standard tests and measurements can be carried out with ease and minimal effort. The GM09-3 measures the magnetic field strength in all 3 axis of the magnetic field simultaneously via a new high performance 3-axis probe – the sensing element in the probe is less than 0.1mm x 0.1mm x 0.1mm creating an ultra small sensing volume for more accurate results. Data-logging features allow the retrieval of data using a simple USB interface, no additional software is needed as the GM09-3 appears as a USB mass storage device when connected to a computer or device.
